SICK Ranger3

SICK’s Ranger3 camera sets new standards for precision and processing speed (15.4 gigapixels per second) in industrial scenarios. It is able to capture exact 3D image data of objects, irrespective of color and contrast. It significantly improves the quality control of, e.g. integrated circuits, complex tire treads, and wood grains.

The multiple anchorage points enable the camera to be integrated into almost any production system. The LEDs are positioned and shaped to enable the camera status to be viewed easily no matter where and at what angle the camera is installed. The design had to accommodate both milled and cast aluminum components. The camera’s distinct appearance provides competitive differentiation on a crowded market.
