06 / 2022 – FOCUS.ON.TRANSFORMATION at the FH Dortmund

This was the title of a hybrid conference between the FH Dortmund, the TU Berlin and the UdK Berlin. It was organized by the VDID – Verband Deutscher Industrie Designer:Innen with its program on the New European Bauhaus. Sustainable projects in architecture, design and IT were presented. The MarSeal IQ instrument by KLS Martin served as an example of sustainability in medical design. It is the first combi instrument worldwide (dissecting, sealing and cutting) in MIS – minimally invasive surgery that can be reprocessed and reused up to 50 times.
